Busy, busy...
Phew... little on the busy side today so I've not time to post anything other than today's workout :(
Squats = 32.5kg
Overhead Press = 22.5kg (only completed 3 sets at this weight)
Stationary Bike (moderate speed, 90+ rpm) = 12 minutes
